Welcome to Generation-3, a family business offering custom home building, renovations, additions, lakefront properties and landscape planning.
Generation-3 heritage includes building two golf courses, multiple subdivisions, a world-class motorsport race track, and over 150 New Linwood Custom Homes in the Eastern Ontario and Western Quebec region.
We bring seven decades of experience and vision to creating each marquee development. In addition, our specialized design–plan–build approach showcases quality craftsmanship throughout our project field. Our team provides information to help you make informed choices to create, plan and build your custom home, renovation, addition or landscape design. In addition, we recommend approved licensed contractors and materials to complete your project.

Jody Gavin Deane
Drafting and Sales Support
Hi ! My name is Jody Deane and I am responsible for Drafting and Sales Support at Generation-3. My role within the team is to furnish our clients with preliminary design drawings that are tailored to suit their needs. This may include, but is not limited to, modifying existing plans or designing custom plans from scratch to help bring their ideas to life. Once the plans are completed, I also assist in the pricing of the overall package to ensure we provide our clients with the most efficient and cost-effective plans to make their vision a reality.
I graduated from Loyalist College with an Advanced Diploma in Architectural Technology after which, I joined the Generation-3 team and have felt right at home in the Gen-3 family.

Hi, my name is Joanne Stewart. Here at Generation-3, mine will be the first welcoming face you see upon walking into the Design Centre! Or, if you prefer to initiate contact via email, I will introduce myself and send you all the initial information you require to start your dream home building process. During this process, I will help guide you through and troubleshoot any issues that may arise so as to make your homebuilding experience an exciting journey.
Since my very first job, I have always been in the customer service industry and that’s because I love to interact with and help people. I am happy to continue to do this with Generation-3 to bring you the best customer experience. We all make a great team here together!
On a more personal note, I enjoy spending time with family and friends. I love all animals and nature and Calabogie is the best place to enjoy both.

Hi! My name is Barbara Emami. I first fell in love with Linwood Homes in 2021 when I met Chris and he helped my husband and I build our Shorehaven model here in Calabogie. Having worked in the design field in Texas and Oklahoma I had an idea of what needed to be done but being your own contractor brings a whole next level to truly customizing your home. The number of decisions to be made was daunting but it’s a process I loved. Pulling together a vision for both the exterior and interior of your home and seeing the final result is so rewarding.
I look forward to helping you through these decisions.
